Prohibited Activities

• Chargebacks Abuse: Filing false chargebacks or disputes after receiving services

Chargebacks & Disputes

• We will provide evidence of service delivery to your payment provider
• Future purchases may be restricted
• Repeat offenders may have their IP addresses blocked

Locked Pricing: Once you complete a purchase, the price you paid remains valid for that order. Pricing changes do not affect orders already placed.

Account Suspensions & Content Removal

Important: Trollishly cannot be held responsible for unexpected account suspensions or content removals by social media platforms. These actions are entirely at the platform's discretion and are beyond our control.

No Refunds for Platform Actions

If your account is suspended or your content is removed by a social media platform, refunds are not available (see Refund Policy for details).

Alternative Solution: If you re-upload your content or restore your account, contact us with the new link. If your order was not yet completed, we'll resume delivery from where it left off at no additional charge.

User Assumption of Risk

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• There is always a possibility of conflict between our services and platform guidelines
• Platform actions (bans, restrictions, removals) are your responsibility
• Trollishly is not liable for any consequences resulting from platform enforcement actions
• You will not seek compensation from Trollishly for losses incurred due to platform actions

• Warranties regarding compatibility with platform algorithms or policies

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trollishly, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Direct Damages: Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Indirect Damages: Reputational harm, emotional distress, or consequential losses
• Platform Actions: Account bans, suspensions, or content removal by social media platforms
• Technical Issues: Server outages, data breaches, or system failures

Maximum Liability: In no event shall Trollishly's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trollishly and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Class Action Waiver
